Ursula Henderson, Principal

B.A., GDip.Inf.Stud, GCert.Online.Learn(Higher.Ed.)

Principal and co-founder of Senexus, Ursula has an extensive background working with individuals and families to support their information needs, and is skilled at making complex information accessible and understandable. Ursula has more than 10 years experience in the information services industry, primarily within the higher education, local government and health sectors.

When it comes to aged care Ursula describes herself as a firm believer in choice and the need to assist individuals and families to make the decisions that will best suit their unique needs. While strongly supporting openness and transparency in aged care services, she is well aware that the wealth of information can make decisions harder rather than easier. Working with individuals and families to reduce the burden and make the process easier is something that she is passionate about.
